Step 1: From the Coins page, click on ‘See All’ to see all gifts available under Sponsored Gift.
Note: The item price reflected under available Sponsored Gift is special discounted pricing for Coins redemption only.
Step 2: Choose the item that you prefer, check its original price and how many Coins you can exchange it for. If you agree to exchange a specific number of Coins for the item you want, you may proceed to ‘Step 3’ to complete the coin exchange process.
Step 3: Click on the coin value button below the item image and then, click on ‘Claim’ to finalise the exchange process.
Step 4: Alternatively, from the Coins page, go to ‘My Reward’ and click ‘Claim’ to exchange your coins. The item will automatically reflect the new discounted price.
Note: If the item you want has more than 1 variation, please ensure you pick the correct variant that you have successfully claimed with your Coins earlier to get the discounted offer. Once you have selected the correct variant, the item price shown will be discounted.
